Greetings. This is Erik Noyes. I'm an entrepreneurship professor and director of The Generator AI Lab at Babson College, where I'm the Michael London ’92 and Stephen H. Kramer ’92 Term Chair in Entrepreneurship.
I advise, research, and teach about entrepreneurship and innovation in the AI-age. At Babson, I created and teach the AI courses AI Pioneers: Creating the Future of Business and Entrepreneurial Opportunities in AI. My ideas about innovation, AI, and entrepreneurship have been featured in The New York Times, Entrepreneur Media, The Wall Street Journal, Business IUSA Today, The Financial Times, and Business Insider.
Before joining Babson, I was a strategy and innovation consultant to companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, Motorola, Johnson & Johnson, and BMW, exploring new growth businesses and disruptive technologies. I have deep expertise in innovation leadership and leveraging human-centered design and multimodality in AI to create business value.
In 2023, I was rated one of the "Top 50 U.S. Business Professors" by Poets & Quants, and I was awarded Babson's College-wide Award for Teaching Excellence. I serve on the Foresight Advisory Board for the National Association of Manufacturers' IRI Trend Analyzer.
